Do you ship overseas?

How much will I pay for shipping?
We always offer free shipping to our customers wherever they are.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped from our shipping company within 24 to 48 hours of your order being placed. The typical delivery period is between 7- 20 working days. Most of the time, however, you will receive the article earlier.
Parcel delivery may be subject to delays that are beyond our control, such as delays in shipping due to COVID-19.
How will I know the delivery time?
As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, you will get a tracking code which will provide you with an estimated time of arrival.
Do I need to register for an account to place an order?
No, you may check out as a guest. Please make sure your email address is correct in case we need to contact you about your order.
Can I call and place an order over the phone?

Do you offer gift cards?

How do I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel the order before you receive it, please contact us to inform us of your intentions. If the order has not been dispatched, we will just cancel the order. However, if the item is on its way to you, you will have to follow our returns policy and send it back to us.
